About Me

After a career spent teaching others how to write, I finally launched a full-time writing venture of my own, and it’s been a dream come true.

I divide my time between my work as a freelance book abstract and curriculum writer for BookRags and my work for an ever-changing roster of other clients. I’ve ghostwritten B2C blog articles for various content services, worked as an educational consultant at SuperSummary, and contributed to online magazines and journals. I love it all–the variety in my work keeps me interested and keeps me learning.

I have an M.A. in the humanities and have taught both English and social science courses from the middle school to the college level. Although literature, the arts, history, education, psychology, and culture are my areas of specialization, I am a versatile writer and am happy to talk with you about any kind of freelance writing you have a need for.
